The transition the world is traversing nowadays is thus not from unipolar to multi-polar, as most analysts are peddling, but from unipolar to multi-alignment.
Some books describe the world. And other books attempt to see the world relationally —to trace the invisible threads of compatibility and incompatibility, that hold the scaffolding of civilization together, or that pull it apart.
The Human Contemporary Scaffolding is Fracturing (Book 5.3 of the Metaholistics series) belongs to the second category. It is the application of the cosmic architecture described in Book 5.2 (The Cosmic Order and Its Universal Dimensions) to the concrete, urgent, and deeply unsettling realities of the early twenty-first century.
This book does not offer comfort. It offers a diagnosis.
It begins with the temporal chasm : a universe that took twelve billion years to produce a species capable of understanding its own relational fabric, and that is now at risk of dissolving that understanding in less than two centuries. The convergence of crises — ecological, climatic, geopolitical, financial, psychological — is not a series of unrelated accidents. It is a single systemic condition : the erosion of compatibility between the human societal dimension and the cosmic order's hierarchical flow of compatibility that governs universal evolution.
The book then traces the material scaffolding upon which contemporary civilization rests : the pipelines, cables, shipping lanes, digital architectures, and financial rails that sustain modern life. It maps the four friction points where the pressures of great-power competition concentrate — the Tri-Continental-Area, the South China Sea, the Arctic, and Taiwan. It examines the fracture of allegiance that signals the end of the unipolar Western-led order, and the societal atomization that has hollowed out Western societies from within. It analyses the risk of bifurcation into two transactional spheres, and the potential financial and monetary fall of the West that would accelerate that bifurcation beyond anyone's control.
And it asks the question that the relational calculus compels us to ask : Can this system persist ?
In Brief :
The contemporary crisis is not a collection of separate problems. It is a single systemic condition : the erosion of compatibility between the human societal dimension and the cosmic order.
This erosion manifests at every scale :
- At the global scale, the incompatibility, between the A‑Sphere and the B‑Sphere, generates a destructive interference that propagates through the scaffolding.
- At the societal scale, the atomization of Western societies has dissolved the bonds of trust, solidarity, and shared meaning, that once enabled collective action.
- At the individual scale, the convergence of crises generates a pervasive malaise : anxiety, distrust, meaninglessness.
The derailment's signatures described in Book 5.2 are visible everywhere. The fetishization of structure —the obsessive defense of existing institutions even when they no longer serve their purpose. The dissolution of persistence— the pursuit of novelty‑generating complexity at the expense of the substrate required for persistence.
The scaffolding is fracturing. The question is whether it can be repaired before it collapses entirely.
This book does not predict the future. It does not offer a program of policy recommendations. It does not pretend to a neutrality that would be false to the reality of misalignment. What it offers is a diagnosis —rigorous, uncomfortable, and grounded in the relational calculus of the cosmic order— and a direction : the recovery of a publicly accessible,formally expressible logic of wholeness.
Readers of painting and thinking will find in this book the same attention to pattern, to the relational fabric of reality, and to the aesthetic perception of alignment that has animated this blog from its beginning. The cover and interior images, once again, are digital transformations of my oil paintings —visual echoes of the polarity imagination that runs through the text.
But this book is also a departure. It is more urgent, more concrete, more willing to name names —the US, China, Russia, the EU, the friction points, the financial system— without losing sight of the broader philosophical frame. The relational calculus that was introduced in Book 5.2 is here applied to the hard grain of contemporary reality. The cosmic order is not an escape from the world. It is the world as it is in its animation.

Book 5.3 is part of Volume 1 (The Metaholistic Series), Book 5(Metaholistics 2). It stands on its own as a geopolitical and societal diagnosis, but it is also the necessary ground for the volumes that follow: Book 5.4 (The Axioms of Wholeness), Book 5.5 (The Logic of Wholeness), and the subsequent volumes that will formalize and extend the framework.

A Closing Invitation.
The cosmic order is not a theory to be believed. It is a pattern to be inhabited in oneÅ› daily life. The knowledge of that pattern, once genuinely absorbed, changes the recipient. It alters the way the world appears, the way choices present themselves, the way suffering is borne, and the way joy is experienced.
Book 5.3 is an invitation to see the contemporary world with new eyes — not as a collection of discrete crises to be managed separately, but as a single systemic condition to be understood relationally. It is an invitation to recognize that the scaffolding is fracturing, and that the fracture is a symptom of a deeper misalignment. It is an invitation to participate in the work of realignment —not as a spectator, but as a participant in the ongoing process of universal evolution.
The universe took twelve billion years to produce a species capable of understanding its own relational fabric. That species is now at risk of dissolving that understanding in less than two centuries ! Whether it will recover its alignment is the question of our age.
